We also offer a buy-back program for when you need a little extra cash for that special circumstance. We provide paid sick leave, 10 paid holidays per year, military leave, and funeral leave. For the industrious, we also offer up to four days off per year for perfect attendance.
Compensation
We frequently survey the local economy to ensure that we offer competitive wage and benefit packages. You will be paid bi-weekly through direct deposit. Our providers enjoy up to twenty days of vacation in addition to holidays to be able to achieve a balance between a professional and family life. Outstanding student loans? You may qualify for the loan repayment program through the National Health Service Corps.
